WATER SPORTS & EXCURSIONS
Windsurf and wakeboard. Take sailing lessons. At Kandolhu, we never miss a chance to get in the water. Try your hand at paddle boards, catamaran sailing, kayaks and glass bottom boats. Then explore further with private charters, big game fishing trips, glorious sunset cruises and excursions to deserted tropical islands.
UNDERWATER ADVENTURES
Thread through canyons, and float over coral. Glide by turtles and ray. Kandolhu is one of the best islands in the Maldives for snorkelling – and incredibly, it may be even better for diving. No less than an half-dozen world class sites are located just minutes away.
Snorkelling gear is complimentary for all guests – and longer snorkelling trips can also be organised to spots nearby.Three dives are scheduled daily, alongside beginner and advanced courses. Accessible sites in both North and South Ari Atoll include Bathalaa Thila, Fesdu Wreck, Hafsa Thila, Himendhoo Thila, Kandolhu Thila, Maalhos Thila and the protected Fishhead and Maaya Thila marine areas.
